Gambling licensing
and structuring

We license gambling businesses, then stay to keep them compliant

Founded by Alex Szilaghi, who has helped operators and suppliers get licensed, structured and banked since 2004. Romania is our home jurisdiction: we act there as representative and local director for foreign ONJN licensees, and our in-house lawyers advise on Romanian law directly.

What we do differently

We tell you when not to apply. Most of the value on a licensing project is created before anything is filed: choosing the jurisdiction that fits your markets and payment partners, screening the ownership chain, and modeling the year-one cost against realistic revenue. When the numbers or the file do not work, we say so — a refused application stays on the record.

We build what the license depends on. A license sits on top of a corporate structure, a compliance programme, technical certification and banking. We run those workstreams together, so the regulator, the bank and the tax authority see the same story.

We stay after grant. We act as Romanian representative and local director for foreign licensees, file monthly regulatory reports, and handle inspections and renewals.

Who we are, legally

Szilaghi Consulting is a brand of IGAMING S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, which contracts for our services. Engagements are documented in a written services agreement.

Legal advice on Romanian law comes from our in-house lawyers — avocați, members of the Romanian Bar practicing under Law no. 51/1995. For other jurisdictions we work with licensed local counsel and coordinate them for you, so you have one point of contact.
