Tell us what you are trying to license, and where.
Every enquiry is read by a consultant, not a sales desk. You get a written reply within one business day, and if your model does not work in the jurisdiction you have in mind, we will say so in that first reply rather than on a call three weeks later.

Send us the brief
Nine questions. Two minutes. The answers decide whether the first reply is useful or generic, so the budget and stage fields matter more than they look.
Engagements are governed by our General Terms & Conditions, which apply once a contract is agreed. Sending this form does not create an engagement and does not commit you to anything.
What happens next
01
Acknowledgement
Automatic confirmation immediately. Urgent enquiries get a human reply the same day.
02
Written first read
Within one business day, a consultant replies with a first view on fit and the obvious obstacles. No call required to get this.
03
Call, if it helps
Twenty minutes, no charge, no obligation. NDA in place first if you asked for one.
04
Proposal
Scope, fixed fees where possible, timeline and the assumptions behind both. You decide from there.
Questions people ask first
No. The fit call and the written first read are free. We charge once there is a defined scope of work, and we tell you what that costs before you commit to it.
Yes. Tick the box on the form and we will send ours, or send yours and we will review it. Confidentiality also applies without an NDA under our General Terms, but if a signed document makes the conversation easier, we will sign one.
Target markets, product mix, whether an entity already exists, who the ultimate beneficial owners are, and a rough first-year budget. If an application is already filed, the regulator’s correspondence. Nothing needs to be finished. Half-formed is fine and normal.
Both. The thing that decides whether we can help is not company size but whether the budget matches the jurisdiction. A €30,000 budget rules out Romania Class 1 and Malta. It does not rule out Anjouan, Nevis, or a Romanian Class 2 supplier route.
Yes. Renewals, annual reporting, rule changes, deficiency responses, adding a second jurisdiction, restructuring after a change of ownership, and supplier authorisation gaps are a large part of what we do.
Romania and Canada, with UK and Canadian contact lines. Work is delivered remotely across all 12+ jurisdictions we cover. The place of jurisdiction for our engagements is Vancouver, Canada and Bucharest, Romania.
