The challenge
An Israeli company wanted a Romanian business presence and the Class II license needed for its intended B2B activities in the regulated gaming industry.
As a company from outside the European Union, it had to handle Romanian corporate registration together with the specialized framework for gambling suppliers.

Our approach
We guided the client through establishing a Romanian legal entity, prepared the corporate registration documents and coordinated the incorporation formalities.
Once the structure was in place, we prepared and submitted the Class II licensing application, helping the client understand the Romanian requirements at each step.
The outcome
The Israeli company established its Romanian entity and obtained the ONJN Class II gambling license.
It now has the corporate and regulatory foundation for its authorized B2B activities in Romania.
