Gambling licensing
and structuring

Services for licensed gambling businesses

Eight workstreams that every license depends on. Take one, or let us run them together so the corporate structure, the compliance file and the banking pack tell the regulator the same story.

Working with us

Do you give legal advice?

Yes. Our in-house lawyers are avocați, members of the Romanian Bar practicing under Law no. 51/1995, and advise clients directly on Romanian gambling, corporate and regulatory law. For other jurisdictions we work alongside licensed local counsel and coordinate their advice with yours.

How are your fees structured?

Fixed fees per defined scope, agreed in writing before work starts, usually paid in stages. Government and regulator fees are passed through and are non-refundable once paid.

Do you guarantee the license?

No adviser can. Regulators decide. What we do is screen the file before it is filed and decline mandates that will not pass — a refused application stays on the record.

Tell us what you are building

We reply within one business day with a written first read: the license that fits, the year-one cost and what to fix first.
